ADITION buys a part back from new media management
ADITION technologies AG with a perfect starting base for 2008
Duesseldorf December 2007. The ADITION technologies AG has already made a perfect christmas present. The Düsseldorfers adserving specialists have bought back the ADITION block of stocks from the new media management GmbH holdings.
The Cologne affiliated company new media management, until now, own a part of 12,5 percent from ADITION. The two companies have now agreed amicably on the buy back of the packets. The amount of the purchase price has been agreed tactily.
Jörg Klekamp, executive of sales and marketing at ADITION: "The share buy back is a great end of a successful year 2007 for ADITION and a good starting base to strengthen our business activities for the coming year. We then also want to expand further in 2008-always with the aspect of a homogenous, healthy growth but consistently moving forward. Therefore it is great that we are now independant and free."
