ADITION is a part of the virtual minds AG company group. Since the beginning of 2008, United Internet AG has held a minority stake in virtual minds and thus also in ADITION, in order to strengthen ADITION as a neutral service provider, after Doubleclick and AdTech were taken over by the advertising marketers Google and AOL and integrated into their marketing systems.
The basis of ADITION adserving is the adserver technology developed by virtual minds AG since 2001.
The company is also successfully active in Austria and Switzerland. Additional international offices are planned; by the end of 2010, ADITION will open its first branch offices in England and France.
